When you use Arrofit AI, we collect the following information:

  • Academic information you voluntarily provide (GPA, test scores, extracurriculars, intended major)
  • Preferences you select (location, campus size, culture preferences)
  • Saved list data if you choose to save your college list using a save code

We do not collect your name, email address, or any directly identifying personal information unless you contact us directly.

2. How we use your information

The information you provide is used solely to generate your personalized college list. Your answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API to produce recommendations. We do not sell, share, or use your information for advertising purposes.

3. Data storage

If you choose to save your college list, your answers and results are stored securely using Netlify's infrastructure, accessible only via your unique save code. We do not link this data to any personal identity.

4. Third-party services

Arrofit AI uses the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic Claude API — processes your profile to generate college recommendations
  • Netlify — hosts the website and stores saved lists
  • US Department of Education College Scorecard API — provides official acceptance rate and tuition data

5. Children's privacy

Arrofit AI is intended for students of all ages including those under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Since we do not collect names or email addresses, no parental consent mechanism is required. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us at hello@arrofitai.com.

6. Cookies

Arrofit AI does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Basic session functionality may use browser storage.

7. Your rights
